2. Trademarks & Brand Usage Guidelines

The product designations, names, brandmarks, slogans, and graphical emblems including "Black Vault", "Jutt Cyber Tech", the stealth calculator emblem, the virtual vault icon (icon 1.png), and corporate insignia (logo.png) are protected trademarks owned by Jutt Cyber Tech™.

Permitted Use:

• Truthful, non-misleading references to Black Vault in software reviews, privacy comparison charts, academic articles, or cybersecurity blogs.
• Direct hypertext linking to official Black Vault websites (https://blackvault.juttcybertech.com or https://juttcybertech.com).

Prohibited Actions:

• Using "Black Vault" or "Jutt Cyber Tech" in a way that suggests official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without formal written authorization.
• Modifying, warping, recoloring, or altering the official logos and graphical assets.
• Registering confusingly similar domain names, package names, social handles, or application listings.

3. Software Licensing & Prohibitions

Jutt Cyber Tech™ grants end-users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Black Vault on personal and enterprise hardware in accordance with official terms.

To preserve software integrity and protect our intellectual property, users are strictly bound by the following prohibitions:

• No Decompilation or Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract algorithms from Black Vault's compiled modules or stealth mechanics.
• No Repackaging or Piracy: You may not redistribute modified, patched, or cracked versions of Black Vault, nor strip trademark and copyright notices.
• No Commercial Reselling: You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or resell access to Black Vault software or generate derivative commercial products from it.
• No Malicious Modification: Incorporating unauthorized spyware, trojans, or modified payload injectors into the Black Vault binary is strictly prohibited and subject to criminal prosecution.

4. Zero-Knowledge Cryptographic Architecture

Black Vault operates under a strict zero-knowledge, offline-first security model. All AES-256 cryptographic keys are derived locally on your device via PBKDF2/Argon2 key derivation routines and stored exclusively in your device's secure hardware keystore or encrypted partition headers.

• User Data Sovereignty: Jutt Cyber Tech™ maintains zero ownership over your personal locked files, decrypted data, master passwords, or encryption keys.
• No Master Backdoors: There are no developer backdoors, remote escrow recovery keys, or telemetry hooks within Black Vault. Intellectual property protections over the software framework do not infringe on end-user data ownership.

5. Third-Party Libraries & Open Source

Black Vault utilizes standard, verified cryptographic primitives and cross-platform UI frameworks to ensure high performance and cryptographic robustness.

All integrated open-source components retain their respective copyrights and remain licensed under compatible licenses (such as Apache 2.0, MIT, or BSD). The inclusion of open-source libraries does not grant third parties rights to the proprietary Black Vault wrapper, stealth interface, or unique architectural workflows.

6. DMCA Safe Harbor & Takedown Requests

Jutt Cyber Tech™ adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright legislation. If you believe that content hosted on our domains infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our designated copyright agent.

Requirements for a Valid Notice:

• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

7. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

We actively monitor digital app stores, third-party APK mirrors, torrent indices, and code repositories. If you discover illegitimate clones, counterfeit branding, or unauthorized distributions of Black Vault, please report them to our compliance team.
