Can Jutt Cyber Tech see my files?
No. We use zero-knowledge encryption. Your files are encrypted using your master password before they leave your device. We never have access to your keys or your data.
What happens if I forget my master password?
For security reasons, we do not store your password. If you lose it, we cannot reset it or recover your files. We strongly recommend writing it down and keeping it in a safe, physical location.
How does the Windows sync work?
When you enable Cloud Sync, your encrypted container is uploaded to your chosen provider (Google Drive or Dropbox). The Windows app then downloads and decrypts this container locally using your password.
Does Black Vault contain ads?
Absolutely not. We believe that security and advertising don't mix. Black Vault is 100% ad-free to ensure your data is never tracked by third-party scripts.
Is my data safe if my phone is stolen?
Yes. Even if an intruder has physical access to your phone, they cannot see the files without your master password. If they attempt to guess it, the "Intruder Selfie" feature will capture their photo.
